These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("Player", "User", "you") and 1jjo ("the Platform", "we", "us", "our") in respect of your access to and use of the online gaming services available at https://1jjo.cam ("the Website").

1jjo is an English-language online gaming information and entertainment platform. The Platform provides access to casino games, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games, Asian-market titles and related entertainment products. These Terms apply to all such services without exception.

By registering an account, making a deposit, accepting a bonus or placing a wager on 1jjo, you acknowledge that you have read these Terms in their entirety, that you understand their content and that you agree to be bound by them. If you do not agree with any provision herein, you must immediately cease using the Platform and close your account.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions shall apply:

• "Account" means the personal account registered by a User on the 1jjo Platform.
• "Balance" means the total of real-money funds held in a User's Account at any given time, expressed in PKR or as otherwise indicated in the cashier.
• "Bonus" means any promotional credit, free spin, enhanced odds or other incentive offered by the Platform subject to specific promotional terms.
• "Deposit" means any transfer of funds from a User to the Platform for the purpose of gaming.
• "Game Rules" means the individual rules applicable to each game or betting market as displayed within that game or market interface.
• "KYC" means Know Your Customer — the identity and age verification process required before withdrawals or at the Platform's discretion.
• "Platform" means the Website, mobile site, downloadable applications and all associated services operated under the 1jjo brand.
• "Prohibited Territory" means any jurisdiction in which use of the Platform is restricted or unlawful under applicable local law.
• "Wagering Requirement" means the number of times a Bonus amount must be staked before any resulting winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• "Withdrawal" means any transfer of funds from the Platform to a User's designated payment method.

To register and maintain an account on 1jjo, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 18 years of age, or the higher minimum age required by the operator's license jurisdiction, whichever is greater.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not as an agent, trustee or representative of any third party.
• You have not previously had an account suspended or terminated by 1jjo for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these Terms.
• You are not a resident of, or currently located in, any jurisdiction where participation in online gambling is expressly prohibited by applicable law.
• You are not employed by 1jjo, its affiliates, software providers or any other entity whose employees are expressly excluded from participation by the Platform's internal policies.
• All registration information provided by you is accurate, current and complete.

1jjo operates a strict one-account-per-person policy. Registering multiple accounts — whether under the same identity, shared payment method, shared device or shared IP address — is a material breach of these Terms and will result in immediate suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of all balances.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials. You must not share your username or password with any third party. If you suspect that your Account has been accessed without your authorisation, you must notify 1jjo support immediately via live chat or by emailing [email protected].

Account Security

All activity conducted from your Account — including deposits, wagers and withdrawals — is your sole responsibility regardless of whether such activity was authorised by you. The Platform will not be liable for any losses resulting from unauthorised access caused by your failure to adequately secure your login credentials.

Account Verification (KYC)

The Platform may require identity verification at any point, including before processing a withdrawal, after a significant win or during routine compliance checks. Required documents typically include a government-issued photo identification, proof of address and, where applicable, proof of the payment method used. Failure to supply requested documentation within a reasonable time may result in Account suspension.

Account Closure

You may request the closure of your Account at any time by contacting support. Where self-exclusion is the reason for closure, the Platform will process your request in accordance with the Responsible Gambling section of these Terms. Any pending withdrawals at the time of closure will be processed in the normal course, subject to completed KYC.

Deposits

Deposits must be made using payment methods approved and displayed in the Platform's cashier at the time of the transaction. Minimum and maximum deposit amounts are set by the Platform and are subject to change without prior notice. Only funds deposited from a payment method registered in your own name will be accepted.

Withdrawals

Withdrawal requests will be processed within the timeframe stated in the Platform's cashier documentation at the time of the request. The Platform reserves the right to request KYC documentation before releasing any withdrawal. Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the original deposit wherever technically possible.

Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the cashier. The Platform does not charge internal withdrawal fees, however your payment provider or bank may levy their own charges for which 1jjo accepts no responsibility.

Currency

The Platform supports PKR (Pakistani Rupee) balances for eligible players. All PKR figures displayed within the Platform — including deposit limits, withdrawal thresholds and bonus amounts — are stated in Pakistani Rupees unless explicitly noted otherwise.

All bonuses, free spins, enhanced odds, cashback offers and other promotional incentives offered by 1jjo are subject to the specific terms published alongside each promotion at the time of the offer. In the event of any conflict between the general provisions of this section and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

• Bonuses are available to eligible players only. The Platform determines eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus carries a Wagering Requirement that must be satisfied in full before any bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable Wagering Requirement is stated on the promotion page.
• Unless a promotion's specific terms state otherwise, bonus funds must be used before real-money funds when placing wagers.
• The Platform reserves the right to amend, suspend or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.
• Bonuses may not be transferred between accounts or exchanged for cash except where explicitly permitted.
• Any attempt to abuse promotions — including but not limited to creating multiple accounts, using third-party funds or employing artificial wagering strategies — will result in bonus forfeiture, Account suspension and potential recovery of any related withdrawals.

The Platform reserves the right to remove bonus funds and any winnings derived from them if it determines, in its reasonable opinion, that a bonus was claimed or used in a manner inconsistent with these Terms or the specific promotion's conditions.

All games available on 1jjo — including slots, live dealer tables, sports betting markets, crash games and Asian-market titles — are governed by their individual Game Rules as displayed within the respective game or market interface. Players are responsible for reading and understanding the applicable Game Rules before wagering.

Sports Betting

Bets placed on sports markets — including Pakistan cricket, PSL T20, ICC tournaments, international football, UFC and other events — are subject to the sportsbook rules published within the sports section of the Platform. Bets accepted in error at incorrect odds may be voided at the Platform's discretion. In-play bets are accepted subject to market availability and are final once confirmed.

Casino Games

Casino games use certified Random Number Generator (RNG) technology provided by licensed software studios. Return-to-Player (RTP) information is available within individual game information panels. The Platform does not manipulate game outcomes. In the event of a technical malfunction during gameplay, the Platform reserves the right to void the affected round and return the staked amount.

Live Dealer Games

Live dealer games are streamed in real time from professional studios. Results are determined by live physical outcomes (cards dealt, wheel spun, dice rolled) and are final once confirmed by the system. Any connectivity disruption on the player's side does not void a bet that has already been placed and accepted.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the 1jjo Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of all balances and, where applicable, referral to law enforcement authorities:

• Registering more than one Account, whether under your own name or any other identity.
• Using automated bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools or any software designed to gain an unfair advantage in any game or betting market.
• Colluding with other players or third parties in any game, particularly in live poker, live dealer or other multi-player formats.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs or vulnerabilities in any game or platform feature. Any winnings obtained through exploitation of a bug are void and will be recovered.
• Providing false, incomplete or misleading information during registration or KYC verification.
• Attempting to launder money or use the Platform for any financial crime.
• Engaging in any form of fraud, including chargeback fraud, friendly fraud or payment reversal fraud after withdrawing winnings.
• Accessing the Platform from a jurisdiction where doing so is expressly prohibited by applicable local law.
• Facilitating account access for a minor (person under the age of 18, or the higher minimum required by the operator/license jurisdiction).

All content on the 1jjo Platform — including but not limited to the Website design, graphics, logos, game interfaces, software, text, data and audio-visual materials — is the intellectual property of 1jjo or its licensed content partners and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for personal entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, publicly display, reverse-engineer or create derivative works from any Platform content without the prior written consent of 1jjo.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, 1jjo shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of profits, revenue or anticipated savings;
• Loss of data or corruption of data;
• Interruption, suspension or termination of Platform services;
• Errors in displayed odds, game outcomes or account balances resulting from technical malfunction;
• Losses attributable to reliance on information published on the Platform.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. 1jjo does not warrant that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free or free of harmful components. Scheduled and unscheduled maintenance may affect availability without prior notice.

1jjo reserves the right to suspend, restrict or terminate any Account, and to withhold or void any balance therein, at its sole discretion and without prior notice, where:

• There is a reasonable suspicion of breach of these Terms, including any Prohibited Conduct;
• The Account holder fails to complete KYC verification within the required timeframe;
• The Platform receives a valid legal order, regulatory directive or law enforcement request requiring Account action;
• The Platform determines that continued Account operation poses a legal, regulatory or financial risk;
• The Account is identified as belonging to a self-excluded player across the Platform's network.

Upon termination, any real-money balance that has not been derived from Prohibited Conduct or bonus abuse will be returned to the Account holder via the last verified payment method, subject to completed KYC verification.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which the operator holding the applicable gaming licence is incorporated, as stated in the Platform's licensing documentation. Players accessing the Platform from Pakistan do so of their own volition and are responsible for compliance with all applicable local laws and regulations, including the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any applicable provincial legislation.

Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms that cannot be resolved through direct communication with 1jjo support shall be referred, in the first instance, to the dispute resolution mechanism provided under the operator's applicable gaming licence. Nothing in this clause limits any mandatory statutory rights you may hold under applicable law.

1jjo reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, the Platform will update the "Last updated" date displayed at the top of this page. Where the Platform considers a change to be significant, reasonable notice will be provided via a site-wide notification or by email to the address registered on the Account.

Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of revised Terms constitutes your acceptance of those revised Terms. If you do not accept any amendment, you must cease using the Platform and close your Account before the revised Terms take effect.
